The 555 family needs generation-specific accessory verification
Greenlee's 555 name spans multiple generations. A shoe group advertised merely as “for a 555” is not enough information. 881GX: large-conduit hydraulic bending

Configurations such as 881GXDE980 add the 980 hydraulic pump, while mobile-table packages add the bending table. Treat those suffixes as bundle/configuration information rather than assuming every 881 listing contains the same hardware.
884 and 885: rigid-conduit systems
The 884 and 885 are pin-assembled hydraulic benders aimed at rigid conduit. Greenlee publishes one-shot 90-degree bending in 1-1/4 through 4 inch rigid for both; the 885 adds a 5-inch segment-bending path with the appropriate shoe. PVC-coated rigid also has dedicated equipment such as the 884-PVC configuration, so ordinary rigid shoes should not be assumed suitable for coated conduit.
How to read a Greenlee bender listing before buying
Start by separating the base bender model from the package configuration. A listing may add an electric hydraulic pump, bending table, shoe group or storage/transport hardware to the base family. Two listings that both say “881” or “884” can therefore represent very different usable systems and very different replacement-cost exposure.
Next, verify whether the included tooling covers the conduit you actually bend most often. A large bender with the wrong shoe or follow-bar group is not job-ready, and buying missing high-cost accessories afterward can erase an apparent bargain.
